7. Refund Policy

Due to the customized and strategic nature of our services, refunds are not offered after work has commenced. If a project is paused by the client for more than 30 days without notice, we reserve the right to mark it as completed.

ZaLink will not be held liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including business disruption, loss of profits, or reputation damage, due to the use or inability to use our website or services.We do not guarantee LinkedIn or advertising platform outcomes (e.g., number of leads or hires), as results depend on external factors beyond our control.

Clients are responsible for:The accuracy and legality of any data, profiles, or input they provideMaintaining login and platform credentials securelyImplementing and managing LinkedIn Ads accounts and access (if applicable)
